Returns & Refunds

  • We only accept returns and offer refunds if the item you received is defective or faulty.
  • Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at [email protected] or sending a direct message (DM) on our social media.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Postage

  • Return postage costs are not refundable, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using tracked shipping when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.

Return Process

  • Please wait for return approval and instructions before sending any items back.
  • Returns sent without prior authorization or not following our instructions will not be refunded.

Important Information

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or any reason other than a defect.
  • All sales are final unless the item is faulty.

Delivery- charges are based on weight of the parcel. All orders (unless stated otherwise) are sent via recorded standard delivery which takes 2-3 working days in the U.K, 5-7 working days in Europe and 7-10 working days internationally. Please note the times give can vary where there are postal strikes or any local issues in the country of residence.
