Returns & Refunds
- We only accept returns and offer refunds if the item you received is defective or faulty.
- Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery by emailing us at [email protected] or sending a direct message (DM) on our social media.
- Items must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Return Postage
- Return postage costs are not refundable, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We recommend using tracked shipping when returning items, as we cannot be held responsible for lost parcels.

- Please wait for return approval and instructions before sending any items back.
- Returns sent without prior authorization or not following our instructions will not be refunded.

Delivery- charges are based on weight of the parcel. All orders (unless stated otherwise) are sent via recorded standard delivery which takes 2-3 working days in the U.K, 5-7 working days in Europe and 7-10 working days internationally. Please note the times give can vary where there are postal strikes or any local issues in the country of residence.
